RSB Parts Return and Warranty Policy

Warranty

All RSB Parts products include a 90-day warranty covering manufacturer defects only. This warranty applies to issues that affect proper function and does not cover damage caused during installation, misuse, or normal wear while in the customer’s possession.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact our team to begin a warranty claim at sales@rsbparts.com.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In new, resellable condition
  • Complete with all original components

Items that show signs of installation or use are not eligible for return, as they cannot be resold. If a part has been installed and is not functioning properly, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim instead.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product issue that could not be resolved with a replacement or correct part.

Return Instructions

When returning an item, please include your name and order number (or a copy of your invoice) inside the package to ensure prompt processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
