Shipping Info

Covid-19 Update:  We are still shipping out all orders ON TIME (within 1 business day) - however, both USPS and UPS are experiencing some shipping delays.  If time is of the essence, we recommend you choose a UPS shipping option, as they are delivering on time more frequently than USPS.  USPS delays could be several days more than the advertised shipping estimate.  We appreciate your business and your patience during this challenging time.

Orders received by 3PM Eastern Time on Mon-Fri will usually ship the same day (excluding Holidays).  Orders received after 3PM Eastern Time will usually ship the next business day.  All items ship from our location in Massachusetts. 

Warranty

We offer a 90 day warranty on all of our parts.  This covers product defects only and not any damage sustained to the part while in the customers possession.  Please contact us if you need to open a warranty case at sales@rsbparts.com

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy on all parts and accessories providing they are returned to us in new condition and are unused.   Please include your name and order number (or the invoice if you still have it) in the box with the part.  Refunds are generally processed within 1 week of receiving the return (shipping cost is not refundable).  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back to us.  The return address is:
